Secondly, the compelling of personal bias is another way of defeating the infamous generic “He.” The initiative is effective since it eradicates any form of negative belief and perception related to the infamous generic “He.” Thirdly, the upholding of the utilitarianism ethical theory would also play a substantial role in defeating the infamous generic “He” by enhancing the priority of the goodness of all people regardless of association or status. Lastly, the sensitization on the concepts of justice and fairness would also help in defeating the infamous generic “He” by promoting people’s concern towards others regardless of their genders.
